• Institute of Research and Studies – Saudi Electronic University:
The institute implemented a comprehensive project in legal and governmental consultations aimed at enhancing regulatory compliance and improving institutional efficiency.
We provided over 200 legal services, including:
95 legal consultations related to systems and contracts,
45 memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and contract drafting.
• The Higher Authority for Industry:
We contributed to developing the regulatory and legislative framework of the Authority’s activities through a specialized package of legal and legislative services.
Our team provided over 100 services, including 20 legal consultations, 12 contracts and agreements, and drafting or reviewing 20 legislative documents.
• National Center for Transport Safety:
We provided legal and legislative services to support the institutional framework development of the Center. This included a study of legislative gaps, comparison of national and international practices, and issuance of a comprehensive report with recommendations and regulatory solutions.
• Amendment of the Private Civil Security Guards System:
We undertook the preparation of a project to develop the Private Civil Security Guards System, including a comprehensive operational and legislative gap study and preparation of the amended draft system with explanatory memorandums for higher authorities.
• Sudus Business Solutions – Legal Services:
We provided a set of specialized legal services to support legal compliance and enhance contracting operations, aiming to improve institutional performance and strengthen cooperation with government entities.
This included over 120 legal services: 55 legal consultations in HR, contracts, and internal procedures, 30 reviews and drafts of agreements, and 12 new contracts.
• Housing and Transformation Projects:
We managed the housing and transformation support processes for employees of several government entities, including over 2,197 employees from the Prevention Center, 35 from the Higher Authority for Industry, and 55 from the National Institute for Vocational Education Development.
The process included preparing essential documents, forming grievance committees, and completing procedures through a fully integrated digital platform.
